As February comes rolling around, so does the annual Rekindling Banquet hosted by the infamous James and Regan Northcott. Many wealthy witchards make their way to Shropshire to take part in exciting activities, to socialize with others from their class, and to hand out overly expensive gifts to their closest friends. Under all the chatter and laughter, one can hardly hear the roaring thunder whispering tales of things lurking in the shadows.

The Northcott Gala 2 is a four-day larp event set in the magical world of College of Wizardry. Instead of taking place at a school for magic, adult witchards of the wealthiest and most hexborn heritage gather in one of the family estates. The main themes for this game are Family & Tradition, Wealth & Privilege, Discrimination & Politics and, of course, Magic. Inspiration comes from the Victorian Upstairs-Downstairs structure, with a strong focus on the difference between those of high class and their servants. And this time it comes with a heavy dose of cozy christmas vibes.

When? February 13th-16th 2025

The year is 1982 and summer break is just around the corner. Projects are handed in, finals are written and prom dates secured. But before school's out there is one more chance for some extra credit; a class trip into the remote depths of the American woods.

​

Some are forced to join if they want to graduate at all, others are hoping for a romantic adventure with their secret crush.

All have their own reasons for signing up. What they do not yet know is that this might be the worst... or last decision of their lives.

​

The Trip is a horror larp set in the 1980s where a cast of pre-written characters encounters supernatural beings and has to fight for their survival on a class trip gone wrong.

Many people remember the tragic death of the Northcott daughters. Two years ago Avalon claimed those, who were too weak to survive. Now they shall be remembered in style and the only way their parents know how to: With money.

Anyone who means anything in the upper class witchard society has received an invitation to the Northcott Gala, an annual benefit event in honour of Dhalia and Daisy. All money raised will go to the Northcott Hospital in London. Not because it is owned by the family, simply because they wish to help the less fortunate.

Now, all those who are proudly hexborn and proudly rich are coming together at James and Regan Northcott’s summer house for an opportunity to wear the most fabulous dresses, connect with the most influential people, throw their money on the poker table and possibly score a rare artefact or two at the auction. In the midst of delightful food and outstanding entertainment, intrigues and drama spread. Corrupt politicians, forbidden romances and alliances built on lies are nothing new in these circles. Yet, something seems particularly sinister seems to be going on at the Northcott Gala.

When? September 1st - 4th 2022

The 19th century, the Heroic Age of Polar Exploration and the race to the final frontiers of the Earth. As even the most hostile corners of this world are swallowed up by the British Empire and her insatiable hunger for Imperialism, not all of her soldiers make it home to the motherland alive. The tempestuous waves or the frozen planes claim their lives and their ambitious dreams but not before dissolving what is left of their humanity and driving them to unspeakable acts of hubris.

We can all but guess the true fates of those departed souls but we can explore a world where death may not have been their end. Join us and see where these stories lead. How far will you go to cling to hope as your humanity wanes? What will you do?

Expedition Asphodel is a larp about exploration and imperialism, about hubris , hopelessness and the slow descent into madness, about what makes us humans and what it takes to turn us into monsters. We will place real emotions and aspects of history into a fantastical frame. It will be dark, gritty and tragic.

School’s out for the summer and the time has come to return to North Frisia for some fly adventures! Camp Risem Moor welcomes back young witchards from all over the world. Friendly competition awaits them as well as new friendships. Many have just finished their final year at their primary magic schools and are about to step into the adult world. Some might go on to study at Czocha, others will learn from masters of their fields and some will take over their family businesses. This is the last chance to be young and free and irresponsible in this final summer before the turn of the century.

Camp Risem Moor is a four-day larp event set in the magical world of College of Wizardry in the year 1999. Different from our big sister event, CRM is not set at a magical college but instead deals with life in the wider witchard society.
